This is business loans. Venture capital generally connotes equity not debt. For debt, you can go to a bank and American banks are notoriously hostile to startups.

Obviously from venture capital or running up your credit cards or begging from relatives (who have no clue and will hate you when you lose their nest egg and you will never again be welcome at family gatherings).
